Cathy Woolley
worked for the commercial real estate development company, the Hutensky
Group (THG), for over 14 years. During that time, she was
involved with many aspects of the company's operations. For
her last three years with Hutensky, she was responsible for the
property management function and assisted with portions of the leasing
and project management responsibilities. As a result Cathy
has abstracted many leases and more importantly had the opportunity
to review many more leases in her role as risk manager. This
review would include leases developed for property owned by the
partners as well as leases created for third party fee clients.
While Cathy worked for THG the firm also developed/managed a number
of Connecticut office properties, including CityPlace, the tallest
office building between New York City and Boston.
Prior to working at THG, Cathy was director of administration for
the Automobile Club of Hartford and in this capacity was responsible
for all facilities management including the commercial leases for
remote locations.

The partners
in Lease Abstract Services
are experienced real estate professionals.
Leases are abstracted by the partners or by carefully selected professionals
who are savvy about the critical ingredients of a lease. That
is why the notes on each lease are so valuable to the owner or manager
of the property.
