Lease Abstract Services
prices have been developed to make it easy for small and mid-size commercial
real estate firms to outsource the abstract process. The goal is to
permit you to recharge the overhead of abstracting to the project or
property. The price per lease is all inclusive and currently does not
increase with the number of documents (amendments, letters of agreements,
etc.). Our pricing does assume that we will receive organized lease
files.
We will deliver the completed abstracts and any requested reports to you via
e-mail, therefore we do not anticipate any out of pocket costs. If your
requests were to generate additional mailing costs those will be recharged to
you with your final invoice. If your firm would prefer the abstracts and
reports printed and collated into a binder, we would be pleased to do that for
you and to send that to you overnight. There is a charge of $250 for a single
hard copy.
