Cathy Woolley
Cathy Woolley worked for the commercial real estate development company, the Hutensky Group (THG), for over 14 years.  During that time, she was involved with many aspects of the company's operations.  For her last three years with Hutensky, she was responsible for the property management function and assisted with portions of the leasing and project management responsibilities.  As a result Cathy has abstracted many leases and more importantly had the opportunity to review many more leases in her role as risk manager.  This review would include leases developed for property owned by the partners as well as leases created for third party fee clients.  While Cathy worked for THG the firm also developed/managed a number of Connecticut office properties, including CityPlace, the tallest office building between New York City and Boston.

Prior to working at THG, Cathy was director of administration for the Automobile Club of Hartford and in this capacity was responsible for all facilities management including the commercial leases for remote locations.

The partners in Lease Abstract Services are experienced real estate professionals.  Leases are abstracted by the partners or by carefully selected professionals who are savvy about the critical ingredients of a lease.  That is why the notes on each lease are so valuable to the owner or manager of the property.
Beth Ann Harney, CSM   has diverse experience spanning a 25-year career in business and real estate.  She managed both the asset and property management functions during her tenure at the Hutensky Group, as well as coordinating the efforts of acquisition, leasing, redevelopment, and disposition personnel over the life of each asset.  Beth completed feasibility analyses for properties nationwide, and is familiar with a wide range of property types and tenant lease formats.  This experience brought her in contact with both national and regional tenants, where she participated in many complicated lease negotiations and developed a deep understanding of lease language.  While at Hutensky she was also responsible for establishing regional property management offices for many remote projects, and she has significant experience dealing with hands-on property issues.

Prior to her work with Hutensky, Beth was an asset manager for Citicorp Investments in New York City, responsible for the real estate portions of international client portfolios.  Most recently, she remains a partner in Whitehawk Construction Services, the largest union installer of finish carpentry and high-end millwork in New England. Beth has a Bachelor of Science in both Education and Human Development, and is a Certified Shopping Center Manager with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
